WOD (Workout Of the Day)
WOD focuses on varied functional movements with high intensity. Our difference is the expert coaching focusing on skill, technique and programming. This is suited from beginners to advanced and can be scaled according to your fitness level. Suitable for all levels.
These classes focuses on different skill movements such as lifting, gymnastics and mobility which are common in our programming. Each of the classes are coached in a small group environment to build your confidence and technique. Class is a slower place and light to moderate loads. Suitable for all levels.
Great for building up more endurance and also having a fun sweat on. Whilst still focusing on our CrossFit principles but working for longer durations of time and combing a lot more movements to get the blood pumping. Suitable for all levels .
Our Strength combed big lifts and functional body building exercises. Great for those looking to up those strength numbers, build extra muscle and get a good general pump on.
This class is short bouts of high intensity to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage. Good for those who want a cardio hit. Suitable for all levels version of our WOD class, with simple movements and for all levels.
A series of movements to open the body up to become more mobile, which in turn will help in all CrossFit classes. If your mobility is good your range of motion is better and movements are more controlled . Suitable for all levels.
