INTRO TO CROSSFIT
A fun beginner focus classed, giving you a taster of the Crossfit style of training and programming. Class is performed at an intensity best suited to you and modified to match your current fitness levels. You also get an insight into training in a group, a feel for our great community spirit and fantastic coaching.
Foundations is our entry requirements before joining our WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. Each of these four classes focus on a different barbell movement common in our programming as well as other supplementary movements and coached in a small group environment. Each of these classes will build your confidence and techique and make your progression a-lot safer. Movements are coached with light loads and at a slower pace. We will also build up your fitness with a scaled down (WOD). This is great prep for you to smash any of our WOD classes.
WOD ( Workout Of the Day )
Our main Crossfit class focusing on the main principles of the CF methodology. Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at high intensity. How our classes differs to most, is that we focus on giving you an hour of expert coaching, simple effective programming and not cramming your hour with unnecessary amounts of volume. We vary different type of fitness, skills and lengths of time we work, to create a training program to take on life’s demands and help you look and feel great.
A short and intenser 30min version of our WOD class, with simple movements and for all levels. Great if you are short on time in your day. Even though the class is shorter still expect a high level of coaching.
Great for building up more endurance and also having a fun sweat on. Whilst still focusing on our Crossfit principles but working for longer durations of time and combing a lot more movements to get the blood pumping. This class also utilises more simpler movements so great for all levels.
Our Strength only session. Combining big lifts and functional body building exercises. Great for those looking to up those strength numbers, build extra muscle and get a good general pump on.
